PSN and PNSP Current BOT members, PSN and PNSP Past Presidents, Chairs of PSN Standing Committees, PSN and PNSP Specialty Board 2025, Members of the 46th Annual Convention Committee, Life Fellows, and Life Members are exempt from paying membership dues for the year 2026.

PSN adheres to the Constitution of the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP) and the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) being one of its recognized components.

It is an organization of physicians who care for patients with kidney disease, both adult and pediatric.
